We are your "On-line, One stop resource" for all of your local event needs. All of our members are local Tampa Bay Business that have been serving the Tampa Bay / Tri-County Area for several years and with reputable reputations.Our site was built and designed around the needs of those client(s) and customer(s) who are looking for one or more service(s) for planning out any type of event; small to large. Our site contains, highlights, illustrates and demonstrates the professionalism, talents and service orientation of the members and the successful outcome of your next event.
In addition to a members directory, that will highlight and link you to the finest vendors in the Tampa Bay Area, we also include tips, tricks and budget saving facts and articles to help you in saving $1,000's of dollars; more so, to educate you on who to shop and choose your vendors wisely.
For those recently engaged couples, you will delighted to know that we will now be offering multiple educational seminars, lunches, dinners and tours – to guide you in your planning process. The following list are things that you will be able to take part in:
All of the Seminars and tours offer:
- The Dinner, Luncheons and Tours will vary from Pinellas to Hillsborough to give the client(s) & guest a full scope of the Tampa Bay Community
- The Value of the seminar is prices, and the benefits to the client is Golden
- The RSVP for the seminar & tours is $25.00 for a party of two
- And two drawings for $500 Gallery Bucks that can be spent like cash for booking one of the valued members
- Similar to a bridal show, but without all the chaos: more interactive, informative and vendor education
- You will learn things that most vendors will not tell you, and educated that 'No question is Dumb'
- Be given a wedding planner for notes, mapping your event, and value tips and checklists
- Most of the stops will accommodate all budgets, from high to low
- You will be meeting one member from each Category
- Many will be offering multiple saving packages, gifts, and Day of Booking Special
- The dinner and/or lunches will last approximately 1 ½ hours
- The RSVP covers for the meal of one party, the Wedding Gallery will pick up the tab for your guest / finance
- The tour will last, per county, between 3-4 hours
- The tour takes you to the 'Brick & Mortar' of members business
- You will learn things that most vendors will not tell you, and educated that 'No question is Dumb'
- Be given a wedding planner for notes, mapping your event, and value tips and checklists
- Most of the stops will accommodate all budgets, from high to low
- You will be meeting one member from each Category
- Many will be offering multiple saving packages, gifts, and Day of Booking Special
- The Gallery will host throughout the month concentrated education seminars with a group of vendors
- Photographers, DJ's, Food & Banquet
- The seminars will be detailed to assist in the preparation of your special event and/or day; the do's and don'ts
- For the Florist Seminar: you will learn how to pick the colors of the season, the flowers that are in demand, the styles, and valuable tips
- These will be both real and silk flowers
